All library staff members can assist you with your basic computer questions. Basic questions include help with email, finding and using Microsoft Office Word, printing pictures, uploading/downloading documents, searching the Internet or our library catalog. They are happy to assist you with quick questions and can offer more in-depth assistance as long as the library has adequate staff to assist patrons at our service desk and over the phone.
Patrons who need regular computer help, want one-on-one assistance on the computer, need help with their own device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), or just want to become more tech savvy are strongly encourage to attend our Walk-In Wednesday Computer Help session held EVERY WEDNESDAY, 1 to 2 PM.
Library staff cannot type up documents for you or give you advice on how to fill out financial and other personal forms. Staff can direct you to appropriate websites or assist with navigating the web. Patrons with complex questions, research questions for classes/coursework, or need find the most reliable/best source of information should ask to speak with a librarian.
